1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging.
For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened, used, or tampered products

Items not purchased directly from our website

Free gifts, sample sets, or promotional items

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the issue

A brief description
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your package is missing:

File a claim with the carrier

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please complete a return and place a new order.

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

7. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
